A perfect position on the bike will:

  • enhance efficiency, you will go faster using less energy
  • prevent pain and discomfort during or after a ride
  • give you more control over the bike
A bikefit at body2bike is a personal business. We do not put data in a computer and then adjust the bike accordingly. Instead, we look at your body's strengths and limitations, and listen to your personal background. Only then do we start to change your bike's settings.
1. Full body analysis:
  • assessment of the body’s flexibility and limitations
  • visualisation through markings on the body
  • measurements interpreted by professionals not by a computer program

2. Bike servicing
  • full safety check of your bike

3. Bikefit
  • warm up on a serviced bicycle
  • video analysis of how your body moves on the bike - you follow this on a screen.
  • visual assessment of your position on the bike
  • foot measurements
  • listening to your experience
  • bike setup/adjustments
  • new examination and adjustments until all of us are satisfied

4. Advice to improve possible physical problems

On average, our bikefit takes 1,5 to 2 hours but we don’t stop until you and we are satisfied!
