Adopting correct biomechanics in running technique will improve your performance, will let you fully enjoy your run and will reduce the risk of injuries. A running analysis will identify problem areas and will give you the tools to improve them.
we work in 6 steps

Complete body analysis and screening. We try to identify all your body's weaknesses and strengths, closely looking at how your body moves and what kinetic lines of force it uses (which muscles you use to move).

Video session of you running at three paces (slow, medium and race pace).

Analysis of your gait (length and style of foot strike). Do you have normal normal movement patinas in the pelvis? Is your spine moving correctly? Is your upper body providing support to the lower body and aiding power.

Corrections through drills. We explain how you can correct your bio-mechanics through drills.

Another video session of you trying the corrections. This will give you a full understanding of the changes we are aiming for.

Exercises. Depending on your weaknesses and strengths, we will proscribe a combination of   stability, strength  and stretching exercises for your needs.

who is it for?
For anyone who runs, whether you are starting to run, have or had a running injury or could run more efficiently.
The aim is to reduce the risk of injuries and increase performance, through an analyis of the biomechanics in your running technique.
