Perfect performance in athletic movement is the runner's wet dream. To approach it, the athlete needs to understand that he must first achieve perfection in channeling the right type of energy in the right direction and at the right time.
During a running analysis, we determine the energy patterns in your body while running. This will allow us to identify problem areas and habits not leading to optimal performance. And will be able to give you the tools to improve.
Adopting correct biomechanics in running technique will optimise your performance, will reduce the risk of injuries and let you fully enjoy your run. This will require some "homework" from you. We will give you a CD with the exercises and drills you can do as warm-up or cool-down that will achieve better technique.
